Each Simplex in Ayroun Hills includes a Private Garden which are all provided with Open Views to the Valley to the South. As with all apartments, the Simplex option is provided with a Greywater Re-use and Rainwater Irrigation systems, a Potable Water supply, Solar Heated Water , Wind Turbines and backup power (in case of power outages) and a Private Parking space inside the building. There will also be assigned Extra Storage Spaces for residents on the bottom levels of each building.
